Enquiries and personal data
Draft for review before publication. This text describes the known contact channels but does not establish that their use meets every legal requirement. Before accepting enquiries, the location and transfer of data, retention and the final notice must be verified.

How you can get in touch
The site links to email and Telegram. The “Draft an email” form only prepares a draft in your own email app: the website does not receive the form fields on its server and cannot confirm delivery. You decide whether to send the message. If you choose Telegram, that service's own terms govern the interaction.
What data is used and why
You may provide your name, reply address, optional company or role, and a description of your project. This is used to respond and discuss possible work at your request. Please do not include unrelated personal information or information about other people without an appropriate basis.
Services and location of processing
The static site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Under the current setup, Cloudflare email routing forwards messages sent to aleks@zotov.pro to a Google (Gmail) mailbox. Telegram handles communications when you choose that channel. No analytics are installed on the site, and its fonts are served by the site itself. The final processing location and any cross-border transfer requirements for this arrangement must be checked before publication.
To resolve before launch
- Confirm where enquiry data is stored and processed, and the legal basis for each service;
- address applicable Russian data-localisation and cross-border notification rules;
- set and follow a retention and deletion policy for enquiries;
- file any required operator notifications and approve a final notice with a qualified specialist.
